Within our organization, we use Bizzabo for our New Customer Trial Programs as well as our annual conferences, which have adopted a hybrid format ever since the Pandemic. With Bizzabo, we are able to run in-person and virtual events, delivering a memorable experience where every attendee can engage and take away key learnings.
  • Virtual Streaming - The virtual setting for our hybrid events is great! Virtual attendees can comment, ask questions, and create an online community. Recordings of sessions are ready quickly as well.
  • Registration Setup - The customization options for registration works extremely well for our organization! During our annual conferences, we expect a diverse group of attendees such as clients, our franchisees, and Enterprise Sales VPs. With Bizzabo, we're able to customize registration options making that part of the process seamless.
  • Agenda Customization - With our events, we offer not only main sessions, but also different tracks based on role/business goals. Bizzabo allows us to build agendas that make sense for our audience and help us internally analyze what sessions are getting the most traction.
  • Bizzabo Mobile App - The mobile app is outstanding! It eliminates our need to print thousands of copies of our event agenda and gives attendees access to updates in real-time. We also use it to communicate promotions, announcements, and reminders, making communication with attendees super efficient.
  • Onsite Equipment - When we are in-person for our events each year, we always encounter issues with our onsite equipment (WiFi routers, printers, and iPads). At least one piece of the equipment has always been broken and it makes our jobs super difficult - Either making it so we can't use that piece altogether or forcing us to consolidate equipment down for a large volume of check-ins.
  • Equipment Support - When we've been onsite and encountered issues with the Bizzabo equipment, it is nearly impossible to get any support or help. We have tried multiple chats, support phone numbers, and ticket submissions, but none have ever resulted in a good experience or solving for the issues.
  • Registrations Under One Name - In our business, we frequently have cases where one person registers for a group of attendees. However, when they arrive onsite at check-in - The group members cannot find their names - They are all listed under the one person's name who completed registration. There has to be a better way to fix this part of the process!
Bizzabo is really well suited for large-scale hybrid events. In this day and age, it's imperative to have a software that can successfully accommodate virtual and in-person attendees. Bizzabo blends these experiences extremely well. It is also great when event agendas are complex and need customizations - Bizzabo offers flexibility and has options for tracking session attendance. Bizzabo does not work well for smaller events with in-person only registrations. The risk of the equipment not working is high and, for smaller events, not worth the stress!

It's basically a CRM for events. It serves many functions for us. We use it for ticket sales, to add all our agenda session details and speaker info, promo codes, registration for each session, sponsor details, and more. It's a great all-in-one stop shop for event management.

All platforms have their setbacks, but one of the better options for event management in terms of the capabilities it offers. It processes things (mostly referring to searching for registration, speaker, session, etc.) super fast, which is a great feature and super helpful because our events are so large.

Bizzabo is a great platform for event registration. The backend is easy to use, and you can track all information well. You can also integrate many platforms like Hubspot, which allows you to keep your company's preferred format and all communications unison.

We use Bizzabo for all of our external events. When creating an event website, we leverage their embed scripts on our own Website. The items we most often use are the partners, speakers, agenda, and sign-up form. Our organization has used Bizzabo for over seven years now. During that time, we have considered switching to other providers. Switching usually costs us more for similar functionality, so we are still on Bizzabo.

Smaller in-person events are well suited for Bizzabo. I don't have events with over 5k people, so I wouldn't know how it does beyond that point. Everything goes fine as long as you have people familiar with the processes and can manage the event setup. They also offer to send a Bizzabo expert to your event for a fee. It may be worth it for significant events.

We used Bizzabo for hosting event registrations as well as webinar registrations - mostly for single session webinars and things like happy hours or dinners - as well as all of the email engagement features minus sending event/webinar invites. We run 40-50 webinars a year and about the same amount of events. We need a tool that can build out events and webinars efficiently, share data amongst a large team, and provide data that helps us to make better decisions in the future.
  • Bizzabo has a good reporting dashboard that made things simple
  • Bizzabo makes it easy to share access within our teams
  • Bizzabo has a relatively clean UI
  • I feel that customer relations were not particularly great. Slow response times and not very helpful when we did get in contact.
  • Although UI is clean, functionality was a bit clunky.
  • Limitations within asset creation were frustrating and time-consuming when building out events.
My biggest frustration with Bizzabo is how time-intensive it is to set up events and add all necessary details. There is not an easy way to my knowledge to use dynamic data to fill in landing pages, registration, emails, etc. and as a result creating events is time-consuming and very monotonous in my experience.

In my opinion, it's a very tedious process with too much flexibility in setting up registration pages. We need more of a uniform process in our organization. In my opinion, it's not back-end friendly for billing purposes. We require back-up in invoice billing, forcing us to click into each registration to email ourselves the confirmations. I think the steps are also unclear in where the information we're putting in will be displayed on the user end. In my experience, it's been nothing but trial and error learning.

We used Bizzabo in the past year for both virtual and in-person events and liked that we had a good amount of control over the email templates, the merge tags we were able to use in comms, the referral marketing functionality, and overall analytics. The in-person check-in experience was also very seamless, which made it easy for our team to make that fluid for attendees.

We use Bizzabo to create event websites for our internal and external events. We certainly don't utilize all of the features, but the website editor and registration and payment systems are in our consistent rotation and prove themselves useful. The integration with stripe is a big benefit that we're able to take advantage of, and we are appreciative of it!

  • The dashboard makes it easy to keep track of every event and keep them seperate.
  • The insights given by the reporting dashboards are clean and easy to digest and understand.
  • In the web builder, custom modules can be frustrating to create/use.
  • It's difficult to include speaker bios when I want them displayed prominently.
  • If there is a way to count how many registrations there are for each session of an event, it's not very intuitive to find.
It is very well suited to creating the event websites and managing the reporting and analytics. It is also easy to keep track of registrations and payments. It is not as easy to work with for actually running the event, and the in-person offerings are more difficult to obtain and use to better the event offerings.

We use our Bizzabo account to introduce our speakers and meeting participants, and to provide introductions about the content of their talks when we attend third party conferences or sponsored events. Bizzabo also helps us schedule our 1 on 1 meeting with our clients globally so that clients can sign up from the site whenever they want.

  • Setting up meeting in multi language function (last time when I created both English and Japanese event pages, it wasn't liking together so the same time slots were open both English and Japanese site, which confused clients.

It is appropriate for the event situation.
When clients all over the world can set up a meeting with us online and once the time slot is taken, it automatically closes another meeting request.
It is less appropriate when we need the event page with meeting setup function in multi languages.
As I mentioned earlier, as long as the multi language pages links each other, timeslots for the meeting set up doubled or tripled which may lead to double/triple bookings.

We host numerous in-person events for our customer base. These events can range from 20 - 300 people and we use Bizzabo for the event platform and registration website. We also use Bizzabo internally for our company events. We've used the online / virtual platform for when we do not have the budget for an in-person event. We also use the app for our events.

I have used other event platforms and their event setup is very complicated. Bizzabo's dashboard really helps guide you through all parts of the event creation and the different settings. It works well for our events where we have to have different types of registration based upon different products the customer uses so we can easily segregate the attendees appropriately.

We generally use Bizzabo to create our event landing pages in order to capture the registrations (both offline and online events). The customisations and the ease of use it has is really commendable. It gives a lot more variety to move around different elements and allows us to fit them in a suitable place where it'd look good for the audience.
  • It was great to use this platform for an offline conference event we recently held in Singapore. Even one of the audience member asked about the platform we used to capture audience attendance.
  • We also used Bizzabo for one of our webinar held in the past and the kind of customisations we did were totally beyond our expectations. The Bizzabo customer support team is really quick and prompt with resolving all our queries.
  • We held a couple of more webinars where we we added Bizzabo landing page as the registrantion link for the audience. The report triggering feature in Bizzabo made it quite easy for our stakeholders to track the number of people who registered for the webinar and helped them set the expectitions right.
  • In the beginning it was a bit tricky to navigate through the features available to us but slowly and gradually we figured it out.
  • The customer support team sometimes take some time to get back with a response on some urgent request so I think that could be worked on.
  • Sometimes, it take a bit of time for the changes to update on the actual landing page
We have used Bizzabo in quite a few event and conference now. It's a great tool and captures everything smoothly. We have heard good review about this tool from the users as well. Earlier we were using ON24 platform to capture the registration details but that kind of lags a bit and the user experience wasn't that welll.

My company has used Bizzabo for several years, for all aspects of event management for both in-person and virtual meetings. We have used their platform for the event website, including registration, speaker management, and resource sharing. Also used the accompanying mobile app to allow attendees easy access to event information.

We use Bizzabo for our bi-annual conferences to promote the event, speakers, and agenda, as well as collect registrations. We use the Bizzabo website builder to build immersive and branded websites for our prospective and registered attendees. We also use the tool for collecting data and doing reporting on our events to see the progress made. We utilize Bizzabo's onsite services for registration support and lead collection for our vendors/sponsors.

Bizzabo is a great tool that considers the user experience of both the logistics and marketing support that use the platform. Bizzabo also makes it really easy to brand the external facing experience for attendees, from the website to the mobile application. It would be nice if Bizzabo had native integrations with CRMs, such as Hubspot. The custom-built APIs work, but there are some challenges if you have multiple ticket types.

Our event required a seamless registration and check-in process for attendees including an app and the on-site Klik technology.

  • Bizzabo and Klik integration needs a lot of work, the platforms don't currently speak to each other and aren't intuitive, it lead to issues
  • The app needs work, we had glitches on-site causing slow downs to our attendees
  • The check-in process is too manual and too long when you factor in searching the attendee's name and sticking the Klik badge on - a QR code would be an amazing solution!
Events will a smaller number of registrants or a slower pace of registration would work better. With our event having such a high volume and peak times, we couldn't keep up with the flow due to the manual search + sticking the klik wearable on the badge + attaching the lanyards. An option to have the badge pre-assembled would go a long way and allow any event type or size to use Bizzabo effectively.

Bizzabo helps us coordinate events and schedules when we host in-person conferences. It's been a solid platform for a few years and allows us to coordinate our in-person/hybrid annual customer conference with attendees from across the globe. There has been no issues or challenges with the event platform and it has always met our needs.

I set up programs in Marketo that sync data from Bizzabo to Marketo and SFDC. I also led the new integration effort between Marketo and Bizzabo. I also support users as their first line of tech support. In this role, I troubleshoot various problems and issues they have with emails, webpages, and registration flows. I've built templates for users to clone to make creating events easier.

We use it for both small and larger events when we want a personalized landing page and a more in depth registration process. It also allows us to use promo codes for our partners and high value prospects. We like the amount of customization that it provides along with the event emails.

We chose Bizzabo for 2 years of running our client user conference. 2022 was a virtual event, and 2023 was in person with on-demand viewing after. Both times Bizzabo handled registrations (both free and paid), hosted our event website, agenda, and post-event content. We needed a platform that had a mobile app for the in-person conference, and Bizzabo handled that along with messaging services at the event.

Great for virtual events. For live events it has some limitations, but still simple to use for smaller-scale events. Our virtual event had 2000+ registrants, and it went very smoothly. Our in-person event had 650 attendees.

We are an event management company and use the platform to host virtual and hybrid events. The platform allows us to stream live or pre-recorded sessions to attendees. You can also purchase their on-site solution to check attendees in and print badges.

We use Bizzabo for ticketing and event registration/management. In the past we've had disjointed solutions like Eventbrite, etc, but Bizzabo allows us to use 1 tool. We've done both in-person and virtual events, as Bizzabo has a nice streaming solution that we've used for several webinars. The process for customers is excellent and streamlined.

We work almost exclusively with government agencies, and Bizzabo's knowledge and experience of the virtual-event world guided us to successful events with said agencies. Bizzabo is constantly utilizing new technologies to improve the one-on-one experience that is no longer exclusive to in-person events. These events have helped engage countless attendees with our exhibitors and sponsors, all from the comfort of their homes or office.

  • The robust registration system, albeit a limited logistics system for certain fields.
  • Built-in event analytics.
  • Extremely responsive support.
  • Extensive API system.
  • Some interruptions in service are sporadic but are being worked on by their support team.
  • More customization for the website builder would be nice- although customizable, CSS and Javascript is a must for complex features on the website.
We do not use payment system integration, but we do know they are compatible with major e-Commerce services such as PayPal and Stripe. If you are doing a free event or seminar, Bizzabo has a registration system to RSVP attendees. This is a quick and simple solution to maximize attendance numbers. The new platform for the virtual event, The Venue, is a very modern and powerful browser-based studio suite that allows speaker and attendee interactions. There are a few systems still being finalized, but out of the box, it is a great way for attendees to communicate with each other during sessions and ask the speaker questions via the Q&A.

Our organization uses Bizzabo for almost all of our event needs; registrations, session selections, speaker/talent/exhibitor/sponsor contracting and document management, on-site check-in, badge printing, session scanning, event app, etc. It has become almost our one and only tool for events. We also recently started using Bizzabo instead of Zoom for staff meetings for our remote team members.

  • Bizzabo's email tool could use a good update to allow for more customization and easier functionality.
  • Bizzabo's survey and polls tool could also use an update to allow for easier use of selected audiences, more customization, easier duplication, and better alerts and confirmations.
  • It would make Bizzabo's registration tool even better if you were able to easily sell add-on tickets and group tickets (without every registrant's name at the time of check-out)
Bizzabo is a very user-friendly platform for our staff on the backend, and it is also easy and visually appealing to our registrants. They also have great account managers who will work with you as much as possible to help you achieve your specific needs or pull in their software team to help. Overall, we are very satisfied with the Bizzabo platform and the support staff.
